We are a Holding and Management company founded and based in Tallinn, Estonia in 2019 by entrepreneur Stefan Neubig.

Operationally we help our partners in developing group-wide digital-first business strategies, especially focussing on global e-commerce, product marketing and distribution. We also assist in R&D, hardware engineering and sourcing questions and also help with financing and group restructuring.

Our mission is to develop new approaches for Fair Trade products and we're passionate to use business as a force of good by employing Social Entrepreneurship principles.

We operate as a remote-first company and as an Estonian business with our headquarters in beautiful Tallinn, we're a proud supporter of Estonia's digital society and business environment.
